A4.0 - Building Sections & Details

• Transverse and longitudinal cross-sections showing building assembly.

• Detailed wall assemblies from footing to roof structure.

• Specifications for insulation, air/vapor barriers, and building envelope components.

• Enlarged construction details for critical connections and assemblies.

E1.0 - Schematic Electrical Plan

• Suggested location of all receptacles, switches, and lighting fixtures.

• Indicated placement for all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as per code.

S1.0 - Foundation Layout for Engineer Approval

• Dimensioned foundation and footing plan.

• Slab thickness and required notes.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

• Engineering Stamp

• Site Plan (can be completed upon request)

• Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this

• Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this

• 9.36 Energy Code calculations. This is location-specific and can be completed upon request

• We are not Structural Engineers and hold no responsibility of specifying structural components of this project beyond what is noted in the current applicable Building Codes. When deemed necessary, the drawings must be reviewed by a professional engineer prior to construction.

• Scope of Drawings: The scope is limited to architectural drawings. HVAC (mechanical), plumbing, and site plans are excluded and must be designed by qualified local trades or professionals.

• Compliance: The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local bylaws, community covenants, and specific site conditions.
