Absolutely! Contact us with a list of changes you'd like to make, and we will provide an estimate for the additional work.

We've worked with clients in multiple municipalities across Alberta and BC, and most of these municipalities require varying information on their plans during the Building Permit process. We can assist with any plan changes needed for Building Permit application.

No, the plans will be provided in digital PDF format. CAD files can be provided at an additional cost.

Though most of our house plans do not require specialty engineering, there may be some aspects such as tall walls or heavy timber construction that need an engineer's stamp. This service is usually done by a licensed engineer, and not part of our scope of work.
